Biogas Solutions Uganda Limited (BSUL) is the National Implementing Agency for Africa Biogas Partnership Program II (ABPP II). Managed jointly by Hivos and SNV, funded by the Netherlands Ministry of Foreign Affairs and delivering on the promise of clean, reliable and affordable biogas solutions for climate smart agriculture, cooking and lighting, local employment, family health/sanitation and reduced deforestation.
