Description
The journey may not be easy, but you can walk it with ease.
Â
Your Journey
Â
Are you currently going through a major personal or professional transition? Or, are you about to embark on one?
Â
Are you facing what feels like one too many challenges and are not sure how to navigate them? Do you find that you are not making much progress?
Â
Oftentimes, our inner voice (aka our voice of wisdom) gives us clear signs of the next step to take. But we simply ignore it or tune it out. Sometimes, we are so overwhelmed that we don't even hear it in the first place. Some of us, do not even know what this voice sounds like.
Â
Do you know what your voice of wisdom sounds like? I support you to (re)discover your voice of wisdom and follow it, so that you can take the next meaningful step on your life's journey.
Â
Your Coaching Journey With Me
Â
After an initial discovery session, where we will get to know each other and talk about what you are looking to get out of coaching, I will work with you in our regular sessions to help you identify what's most important to you right now and map out the small, meaningful steps you can take in your area of focus.
Â
I will support you through any challenges, roadblocks, turbulence, or discomfort that may come up along the way in our sessions and, if needed, through additional email or text message support.
Â
Throughout our work together, we will do periodic check-ins to see how your coaching journey is going and what other support you may need.

Â
My Personal Journey
Â
My life journey has been full of unexpected twists and turns, ups and downs, opportunities and challenges â and I am grateful for all of it. I could not have come this far without the guidance, support, and mentoring of some incredible humans along the way.
Â
I spent my adolescence in a very diverse, multicultural setting in New York City â a stark contrast to my childhood in the USSR, where I was born. This transition, from closed to open, from rigid to flexible, from stagnant to bustling, was nothing short of overwhelming. But challenges are our greatest teachers and this challenge certainly defined a lot of who I am today.
Â
In adulthood, I lived the expat life in Europe and South America, which also allowed me to travel extensively in those regions and gain valuable insight into places and cultures.
Â
I am currently back in the USA and living in New England.
Â
My Professional Journey
Â
In my work as a coach, I lean into my wide-ranging professional experience spanning over 25 years. In this time, my professional path has been inextricably linked with culture and communication in all their forms. To me, real human communication â open and fearless â has the power to foster meaningful connections, successful partnerships, and bold actions. Effective communication is also a vital part of coaching and a decisive factor in the success of a client-coach relationship.
Â
In addition to my coaching practice, I run a multilingual communication agency that enables companies to communicate with their audiences and partners worldwide. It started out over 20 years ago as a side gig to my career as a musician, and gradually grew into a business.
