Orlena (Olly) Gotel is an Independent Researcher based in New York City. I have been active in the area of Systems Requirements Engineering for over 20 years and hold a Ph.D. on the topic of requirements traceability, and undergraduate and graduate degrees in Computer Science. In addition to academic research and teaching positions in the UK and US (Oxford University, Imperial College London, City University London, University College London and Pace University), I have held senior positions within the UK defense industry doing Systems Requirements Engineering, have collaborated on numerous related projects with partners in telecommunications, air traffic control, medical systems, among others, and done my fair share of education and training. I am a Certified IT Professional (CITP), a Chartered Engineer (CEng) and a Certified ScrumMaster.
