We are a Mutual Domestic Small Water System. In 1998 the water system was formed and known as Quemado Lake Estates Rural Water Users Cooperative Association (QLERWUCA). In 2004, the water system was renamed Quemado Lake Water Association (QLWA). We have 151 active memberships out of 167 total memberships.
