The Community Programmes Office has introduced the 18dART Community Arts Scheme bringing the performing arts to each of Hong Kongâs 18 districts. Under 18dART, artists are able to put down roots and focus on their creative practices. Through sustainable, stage-by-stage arts activities which are at once interactive and participatory by nature, 18dART sets out to not only make a positive impact on participants, but to develop community arts programmes that belong to each district. The Community Programmes Office also provides and organises territory-wide events and carnivals. Art is just around the corner.
