Established in 1906, Crown Hill Cemetery is located in Pasadena, Texas, north of Highway 225 on Richey Street close to the site of Vince's Bridge. It is said that the destruction of this bridge led to Santa Anna's capture after the Texas Revolution's concluding Battle of San Jacinto. The first burial there was of Payson Pomeroy.
