This is explicitly anti-fascist, anti-authoritarian rock music the way maybe MC5 would have been in another era or even the way Os Mutantes was from the same city and country in offering a strong, creative, cultural alternative to mainstream culture and built into the music is a transport outside of standard consciousness as well and in that way definitely modern revolution rock.
