Fresh Property Services is your premiere provider in janitorial and maintenance services.  We operate primarily in strata appointed and privately owned condos and apartment buildings while also offering our services to commercial businesses as staff is available.  We clean the premises specified to the standards we ourselves would expect.  Unless otherwise requested, we use all environmentally friendly products such as Seventh Generation and Pink Solution.  We also offer light duty outside lawn care maintenance and landscaping.  Power washing is available year round as required by the building.  Contracts are specialized for each building to meet the varying needs of the sites we operate on.  We are committed to consistent upkeep and quality cleaning of your premises.  After a walk through and preparation of quotation, we look forward to adding you to our growing list of clientele.
