Hybearsystems AG is a special purpose machinery manufacturer with high real net output ratio at the prototype stage. You can be a launch customer or an investor for our tribology project, a capacitive displacement sensor (transformer ratio bridge module) for measuring resonance frequencies, optimizing predictive and preventive maintenance as well as preventing secondary damage in tribological systems; or our precision small-force actuator (slideway roller actuator) project that consists of a roller in a slideway groove. We have other projects as well: measuring the T8/5 cooling time with a type N thermocouple instead of a two-colour pyrometer (ratio pyrometer) in fusion welding of fine-grain structural steels; or our thermoforming technology with heated metal liquid for high-performance thermoplastics and the production of layered composites or sandwich structures.
