In 2022, ImpactPHL launched OptImpact - Impact Investing Platform of Greater Philadelphia - made possible with the support from Halloran Philanthropies and powered by Artha Networks technology solution. ImpactPHL is a 501(c)3 non-profit dedicated to growing the impact investing ecosystem in the Greater Philadelphia region. Our goal is to support the development of an impact investing ecosystem that harmonizes financial returns and social impact returns. OptImpact is dedicated to simplifying regional impact investments by supporting stakeholders in discovering each other, connecting, and advancing aligned investment opportunities. Additionally, OptImpact aims to create value by reducing inefficiencies, illuminating regional capital gaps and flows, sharing case studies, and more.
