Prior to this, he worked for Slovak Telekom (part of Deutsche Telekom group) and studied at the Slovak University of Technology, both in Bratislava, Slovakia. Sebastian was born in Plauen, Germany and went to school to the Lessing-Gymnasium Plauen. He studied at the University of Telecommunications (Hochschule für Telekommunikation) in Leipzig, Germany.
