We ensure the art of hygienic handling of pure and processed fishery products at all stages of production, storage and distribution. We have channels of Import of seafood from Vietnam, Japan and Burma. Especially fish from Pacific oceans of Vietnam is our prime product. Moreover, we have maintained a quality control department to meet the requisites of healthy and nutritious white meat. Our Felicitous Aim We understand that our daily food is spherically interpolated from many angles. Our normal daily food has somehow become heterogeneous with human body but seafood is fully homogeneous with human organism. Our team work together to satisfy our valued customers regarding quality, timely deliverance and it is worth mentioning that we have the substantial product supply of Frozen Seafood, and different type of prawns and shrimps and other sea foods at any given time. Quality Policy Our aim is to achieve customer satisfaction and we do this by ensuring quality products and services. Our products entails following processes before reaching customers. Workshops are conducted to train workers to ensure safety and quality of the product at all stages. To assist in ensuring safety and quality of food, HACCP principles are followed involving food safety and manufacturing practices. Standard work practices have also been developed in the form of SOPs and all employees are binding to follow these procedures. To ensure safety from microbiological hazards, a laboratory equipped with the necessary instruments is at work. Raw material is inspected on arrival and supply basis. Raw material intake date has been formulated where raw material freshness and contamination is undergone under the supervision of quality control officer. At receiving areas if the criteria laid down of various products mismatches, the quality control manager is delegated with the power to reject the material. Good raw material icing practice, usage of clean water and processing and ice production, internal and external cleanliness condition of plant, prevention of cross contamination, protection of food packaging, proper labeling, storage and employees with good health conditions are all at top priority. The Process The process is designed to maintain the bacterial counts within the required ranges of food safety regulations. Blast Freezers and Contact Freezers are used to produce in-house hygiene ice. Fresh wild life sea captured seafood is iced and brought in covered vehicles in plastic crates. During the process of cleaning and processing, the raw material is kept in ice to maintain the required temperature. The samples are taken for microbiological analysis at every step of the process. After reception and approval of the raw material, it goes through various stages depending on its type. Shrimps and Fish require distinct steps of processing that are defined below: Processing of Shrimps: Shrimps are processed through the following steps 1. Reception of raw material 2.
