Our state of the art studio, established in 2006, offers private, duet, and semi-private sessions, plus small group classes. The space features reformers, towers, Pilates chairs, barres, barrels, spine support apparatus, balls, bands, tubing, free weights, kettlebells, rotational discs, BOSU® TRX®, a uniquely designed floating floor providing excellent shock absorption, and more.
