We also offer our services for Health referrals, GP’s and social prescribing to help keep everyone active, whatever their circumstances.Our activities are for mainstream participants and those with Disabilities, Visual Impairments, the deaf community, Special Educational Needs (SEND) & Long-term Health Conditions (LTHC’s).Our Digital platform: Synergy Active Online™ distributes inclusive activities to practice at home, from a National app or website.
